Insta-Grip provides strong initial tack and non-sag properties, allowing vertical placement of veneers and stone without needing temporary support. It forms a solid bond in under 10 seconds and delivers outstanding adhesion strength once fully cured. With minimal shrinkage, it stays intact without cracking. Insta-Grip remains flexible in low temperatures and provides excellent UV resistance and color retention for long-lasting outdoor use. Ideal for use in interior and exterior projects, Insta-Grip adheres well to materials such as natural and manufactured stone, pavers, brick, and block. When applied vertically, materials should not exceed 2 inches in thickness. Additionally, it’s solvent-free, non-yellowing, and offers impressive tack-free and curing times for a reliable, eco-friendly solution.

PREPARATION
Read all directions before starting work. Suitability of this product for the intended use is the responsibility of the installer. Perform a pre-test with the intended material to verify suitability. Properly preparing the surface is key to ensuring a successful application. Substrate must be structurally sound with no spalling, cracking or scaling. For ultimate adhesion, surface should be clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, oil and grease, or any other material. If cleaning is required, prepare surface with SureClean Deep Penetrating Multi-Use Cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and let dry before applying SB-25 Insta-Grip.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
A professional grade applicator is required. For ease of dispensing, the adhesive should be at a minimum temperature of 68°F before use. Insert the tube into the sausage tube applicator, puncture a hole in the top of the tube then attach tip. Apply Insta-Grip in continuous lines across the surface. For vertical installations, apply the line of adhesive in a line that curves downward to prevent moisture from getting trapped. Keep the lines of adhesive 1.5” apart from each other and within 1/2” from the edge of the substrate. Before skinning occurs, set the material in place using only your hands to provide pressure and hold for 5-10 seconds. Within the first few minutes of placement, material can be removed and repositioned if needed. Material 20 lbs per unit and more may require fixturing to hold in place until full cure.
WORKING TIME: 3-5 minutes
CURE TIME: Initial cure ≤ 20 minutes, Full cure 24 hours at 70° F and 50% humidity
CLEAN UP
Trim or remove excess cured material on substrate before cleaning. Use isopropyl alcohol, aromatic or ketone type solvents to clean tools or substrate. Follow the solvent manufacturer’s instructions and precautionary information.
