PS-1500 RJS Reactive Resin Joint Sand System is a one-part resin sand that offers a superior strength and durable ready-to-use solution for stabilized sand joints that can be installed rain or shine.

PS-1500 RJS is made with a new generation synthetic resin that hardens when it reacts with the air. It can be used in new or existing installations to create beautiful yet extremely durable hardened sand joints that will withstand the rigors of residential vehicle traffic and harsh freeze/thaw conditions.

Ready-To-Use

PS-1500’s ready-to-use formula does not require mixing or blending and is packaged in a nitrogen packed 55 lb container.

Ideal For Residential & Light Commercial Applications

PS-1500 can be used for residential and light commercial installations with a traditional or open graded base or concrete overlay. All surfaces must have stable, free-draining bedding and base material.

*Ideal for walkways, patios and residential driveways with light duty vehicular use.

Stronger & More Durable

PS-1500 creates strong stabilized sand joints in surfaces that can be used for residential light duty vehicle traffic. Once cured, PS-1500’s compressive strength is remarkable at 2200 psi.

Install Rain or Shine

PS-1500 can be installed in light rain. Installation temperatures should be in the range of 40° – 90° F with no overnight frost expected.

Frost Resistant & Permeable

PS-1500 stabilized sand joints are permeable when properly maintained and withstand freeze/thaw conditions.

Made With Clean Sweep Technology

PS-1500 installs on a wet surface. When installation instructions are followed, PS-1500 is: DUST FREE, HAZE FREE & STAIN FREE.
